After another tumultuous 12 months it is exciting to announce that on June 11th (after the AGM) we will have the chance to enjoy a catered 2 course dinner prepared by our local chef extraordinaire Frank Velardi.
At the time of booking please choose between the following options
Main Course:
- Lamb shank slowly roasted with rosemary, onion, garlic, carrots, tomotoes and red wine, served on mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable (gluten free option available) or
- Chicken filled with brie, semi dried tomotoes and spinach and topped with mushroom tarragon and sherry sauce served with scallop potatoes and sauteed bok choi.
Dessert
- Sticky Date pudding served with a toffee sauce and ice cream or
- Flourless orange cake with citrus sauce (gluten free option available).
There will also be a vegetarian option available upon request.
Please book online by midnight on June 4th
Payment will be made at the club on the night. Adults will be $50 and Kids (12 and under) will be $25. Drinks will be available at the bar. If you are unable to attend because you need to isolate we will need to be notified ASAP and the club will wear the cost.
Please list any dietary requirements when booking and Frank will do his best to cater for your needs. If we are unable to do this then we will be in touch to discuss available options to make sure you don't miss out!
