Cowes Yacht Club Opening Dinner

We look forward to welcoming everyone to the club for an Opening Dinner to celebrate the start of the 22/23 season.

Dinner will be $50 for adults and $30 for children (12 and under) and of course the bar will be open.

For main course members will be served either:

Succulent roast duck with orange, cashew and spring onion sauce on mashed potato with sautéed zucchini and garlic butter or

Moroccan Style marinated lamb in yogurt with turmeric, lemon and garlic served with pilaf rice and char grilled, pepper, eggplant and zucchini salad with balsamic, oregano dressing

For dessert course members will be served either:

Berry pancakes with ice cream or

Meringue roulade with raspberry and chocolate chip rolled in cinnamon and sugar served with passionfruit coulis
