Opening Dinner
Saturday 2nd November, 2024 @ 7.00pm
We invite all members to attend our Opening Dinner which will be a 2 course catered function. When booking, please ensure you select both a Main & Dessert for each person attending.
Selections are as follows:
Mains:
Moroccan style marinated lamb in yoghurt with turmeric, lemon & garlic served with pilaf rice and chargrilled peppers, eggplant and zucchini salad with balsamic, oregano dressing; or
Cha Siu Pork served on a bed of rice noodles with cashews, snow peas, beanshoots, spring onions, red capsicum, coriander and bok choy with lime and peanut salsa; or
Vegetarian Option: Baked capsicum filled with pumpkin and Napoli risotto with shaved parmesan cheese
Desserts:
Sticky Fig and Apple Pudding with toffee sauce & icecream; or
Chocolate & Hazel Torte served with vanilla cream
