AGM Catered Event - New Date!
Lets make up for last year and celebrate our successful season. Enjoy a catered 2 course dinner prepared by our local chef extraordinaire Frank Velardi.(Nibbles will also be provided before dinner)
At the time of booking please choose between the following options
Main Course:
- Pork fillet filled with port soaked prunes and wrap with prosciutto and laid on a potato rosti topped with a red wine jus and served with French beans or
- Succulent roast duck with orange, cashew and spring onion sauce on baked potato with sautéed zucchini and garlic butter
Dessert
- Sticky Date pudding served with a warm toffee sauce and ice cream or
- Bake Tart with vanilla custard and glazed stone fruit and served ice cream
Please book online by midnight on June 20th and pay on the night (preferably by card). Meals will be $50. Drinks will be available at the bar. Please list any dietary requirements when booking and Frank will do their best to cater for your needs.
A seperate event in the afternoon and evening will be organised for teens and children. More details re teenage and kids event to follow.
